Oracle card readings:  Due to the nature of these products, oracle card readings are non-refundable.

Physical Items:  Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.  Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. 

To be eligible for a refund, please send us a picture of the item and a description of your reason for the return, within 14 days of purchase to [email protected].

After that, you can either keep the item, or you can donate it.
